In our mixed-age community of three- to five-year-olds, children learn from one another as naturally as they learn from their guides. Younger children observe and aspire, while older children consolidate their knowledge through mentorship and leadership.

The uninterrupted three-hour work cycle allows children to reach deep concentration — a state Dr. Montessori called "normalization" — where true learning and personal growth occur.
Mixed-Age Community
Our three-year age grouping mirrors the family structure. Younger children are inspired by older peers, while older children deepen their understanding by teaching — building empathy, patience, and leadership along the way.
